| Abstract: | O presente trabalho analisa o instituto da Intervenção Federal ao longo das Constituições brasileiras, sendo sua primeira previsão na Carta de 1891. Busca-se compreender de forma ampla e minuciosa, a partir da análise expositiva dos artigos que abordam o tema dentro da previsão em distintos textos constitucionais, assim como o contexto histórico das múltiplas Cartas, a aplicabilidade e objetivo da Intervenção Federal em uma retrospectiva dentro do constitucionalismo brasileiro. O maior enfoque será dado no instituto da Intervenção Federal dentro da Constituição Federa vigente, a CRFB/88. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstractother: | This paper will analyze the Federal Intervention as a tool for the government, first introduced in the 1891 Constitution, and how it has changed and developed throughout the years due to the several different Brazilian Constitutions. The main purpose of this paper is to fully comprehend the applicability as well as the objectives of such intervention by studying texts and articles related to the subject. This analysis focuses in the historical context of the multiple letters aimed at the federal intervention and constitutional texts. The Federal Intervention described in the most recent Brazilian Constitution, which began its mandate in 1988, CRFB/88, is given more attention throughout this paper. |
