ABRIGO: ANALISANDO O DIREITO À CONVIVÊNCIA FAMILIAR
Abstract
Childhood and adolescence have lived, historically, an institutionalization practice up to at the present time. Family living rights of sheltered children and adolescents is a fact much discussed, but not really implemented due to the socio-historical precariousness of social policies addressed to this part of the population and their families. Along with part of the institutions and professionals, the precarious capacitating and the low knowledge about legal legislation and requirements about this theme goes with it. Therefore, the present study seems to analyze the way children and adolescent right of the institutionalized ones as protection measures from professional and children and adolescent s perspective and the socio-historical analysis of institutionalization and social-populist politic directed to this part of the populations have been developing.
