Following that section, several conceptions were presented on the organizational studies field, including the sociotechnical approach, the qualifying organization notion, the principal-agent theory, the basic model of a cooperative based on the brazilian legislation, and plus, a possible interface between the self-management, the co-management, the cooperative sector and the so called social-solidarity economy.
