Abstract
The objective of this research is to investigate the practices of organizational learning management and the management of human, functional and organizational connections from the perspective of the Energy Company's Human Resources Corporate Unit and to compare them with the characteristics and variables proposed in the conceptual model of a Learning Organization with Emphasis on People Connectivity. The proposed conceptual model is based on the five-discipline model from Learning Organization, by Peter Senge, complemented by the sixth discipline Connectivity, in its three dimensions, Human, Functional and Organizational, proposed by Heitor Chagas de Oliveira. The strategy used was case study with exploratory research. In the comparison, it is verified that the majority of the proposed characteristics and variables bring the Energy Company close to the conceptual model of a Learning Organization with Emphasis on People Connectivity
