As results of this research concluded that the competitive advantage that there is no provider has more qualified professionals and are updated. However, the information absorbed by doctors, in most cases, are channeled solely for the improvement of the efficiency of the processes and not the effectiveness and even though there is a constant search to update on the process of all that is being done and discussed the other doctors and hospitals, the providers of medical service and hospital have not yet discovered how to manage the creation of innovations in the treatment of their patients in order to turn this tacit knowledge and explicit competitive advantage.
