Abstract
In the world globalization of today, the perfect interaction between customer and supplier
becomes a critical factor for success of the organizations. The Universities, not fleeing the
rule, once that occurred a growth in the number of the higher level course in the world, where
even the most traditional Universities, try to implement their courses distant from their seat.
The preoccupation of the institutions is to provide a quality education, and the most indicated
way to evaluate their services is through their customers, or, your student body. The problem
is that these evaluations, many times don t correspond to the reality, once that presents
distortions due the deficient knowledge and involvement of many appraisers. The use of the
Method AHP - Analytic Hierarchy Process create a model that takes into account the
criterions necessary to classify in a considered way the students body, so that can select the
individuals more prepared to analyze the services and to apply performance indicators more
appropriate to Universities.
