A NAÇÃO QUE SE SALVOU A SI MESMA: ENTRE MEMÓRIA E HISTÓRIA, A CAMPANHA DA MULHER PELA DEMOCRACIA (1962-1974)
Abstract
The thesis proposes recover the trajectory and verify the attempts to construct a memory of the socialsectors that participed directly in the joints by coup d'état who were committed to the consolidation of the system introduced in 1964. Particularly, analyze the process towards a particular group in society: the association female Women's Campaign for Democracy, created in Rio de Janeiro also in 1962. The speech of this group is an area privileged to understand the specificities of memory - permeate by silence - the sectors that supported the coup on this period as well as to verify the complexity of social behaviors in face of the civil-military dictatorship, forming a consensus key to the scheme has sustentation.
