MULHERES NO PARLAMENTO : TRAJETÓRIA, ATUAÇÃO PARLAMENTAR E CONSTRUÇÃO DE POLÍTICAS SOCIAIS DE GÊNERO NO PODER LEGISLATIVO ESTADUAL DO RIO DE JANEIRO
Abstract
This work aims to investigate the political and parliamentary action trajectory of women who exercised legislative mandate in the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro, their personal profiles and ideological as well as the relationship between femaleparliamentary political activity and the construction of social promotion women's rights. The analysis period corresponds to Rio merger - Guanabara in 1975 to the last legislature (2003- 2007). Supported by interviews with MPs and former MPs of the state, research in Official Gazettes of the State of Rio de Janeiro and files containing the laws, Bills, public hearings and performances in commissions in literatures that have discussed the entrance of women into public space and its struggle to democratize the spaces of power and political decisions, appointments to the websites of the Regional Electoral Court (TRE) Superior Electoral Court (TSE) of the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro (ALERJ), National Union of Legislative state (UNALE), Center for Feminist Studies and Assistance (CFEMEA), among others, seek to recover the personal and political trajectory of these women, especially those who fought and / or struggle to build more equity between women and men and improve the living condition women in our state.
