ESTUDO DE MELHORIA DE PROCESSOS NO SISTEMA DE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA INDÚSTRIA AUTOMOBILÍSTICA MULTINACIONAL

Abstract

The present research aims to present the main production system methods of a multinational automobile manufacturer and to highlight the degree of importance and experience each of them has in the perception of employees from different hierarchical levels who work in the final assembly area of the company, thereby checking if they are aligned with the methods identified as strategic by the company. The research focus was directed to the final assembly area where all the production system methods of the company are applicable. To reach the results presented in the research a data collection was made by means of a questionnaire (Appendix 2) prepared on the basis of the theoretical concepts that make up the entire production system of the company (Appendix 1) and applied to employees of different hierarchical levels in the final assembly area. The conclusion of the research shows that the perception of the final assembly employees on the importance of the company s production system methods is aligned with the methods defined as strategic by the company and most of them are rooted in the culture of their employees, thus contributing to the robustness of their processes and the quality of their products.
