|Abstract:||This research seeks to address some of the main problems that the intensification of work in the Brazilian banking sector has caused the health and welfare of employees, knowing that this sector is one of the most lucrative and promising national economy. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the relationship between the current management model and implications for mental health in the workplace banking, as the statistics show a high number of bank away for mental problems. The research survey done in the main documents of the Ministry of Health, Social Security and bank unions in the category in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Niteroi. To give theoretical support, sought to build a comprehensive framework that, based on the methodology employed, was also in the bank accounts of distant disease fundamental contribution to the success of the work.|
