TRABALHO E O PROGRAMA QUALIDADE DE VIDA DOS SERVIDORES: CONCEITOS E SIGNIFICADOS. A EXPERIÊNCIA DA UFF (NITERÓI, RJ; ANOS 2004-2011)
Abstract
This exploratory research aims to examine the Programa Qualidade de Vida do Servidor da Universidade Federal Fluminense, RJ, between 2004 and 2011. It is to this end, the experiences and tensions in relations between technical and administrative staff, teachers, service providers and students and illness within a university. The program is regarded as a public policy to the servers of UFF before the specific problem of their working conditions. In the literature, we used the oral history, being the main source of oral history research. With that wish to contribute to the production of knowledge on public policies based on the concepts of history and social history of these policies which arise, and give references on the university field from the social relations, contributing to the production of knowledge about the theme.
