Abstract

Technological advances have been increasing, especially in recent decades. This technological growth contributes to the construction of a new social scene worldwide. In Brazil, the development of technology is still in a selective and exclusive, which generates a new and important social issue - the digital divide. This context is where there is concern that this new model of exclusion has become a factor in unemployment, among other forms of exclusion. The more complex societies require skilled professionals in terms of knowledge and access to new technologies developed. As a result, in recent years has been heralded throughout the country need to make digital inclusion for those individuals who do not have access to information and communication technologies and, in effect, preventing violence.
