|Abstract:||One of the biggest phenomena in the international arena in recent years has been China's emergence as an economic power and trade. However there is a shortage in the national literature, studies aimed at understanding the dynamics of China's economic opening, and possible strategies for entry and stay, as well as the level of competitiveness in the Chinese market. As the internationalization an imperative for Brazilian companies become more competitive in the global market, the Chinese market presents attractive for economic development and the diverse business opportunities. The main objective is to advance the level knowledge about the internationalization of Brazilian Companies, in particular analyzing the entry strategies of Brazilian companies in the Chinese market. The interest is not limited only to describe the process of internationalization, but present and discuss the critical success factors in this process of Brazilian companies in that market.|
