Gosto não se discute? Atores, práticas, mecanismos e discursos envolvidos na construção social do gosto alimentar infantil entre crianças de 0 a 10 anos

Abstract

In this anthropologist research, I analyze the process of construction of the children alimentary taste, in Campos dos Goytacazes, a interior city localized in the northnorthwest of the state of Rio de Janeiro. I consider as part of the constructive process of the alimentary taste the study of the different actors, institutions, mechanisms and speeches that influence our choices, between preferences and rejections. This study, even though immersed in a context of historical formation of the taste, it is one synchronous cut, related to a certain age the infancy of one determined time and place, in the context of the Brazilian society. To reach my objective, unmask a little more on what it is at risk in the formation of children s alimentary taste, it was necessary to bring up to surface the values, strategies, conflicts and ideologies absorbed in this formation, even that they were explicit or veiled
