Abstract
The object of this thesis was to study the process of producing food baskets, in order to understand the difficulties in planning, production and delivery of this product, considering the uncertainties of demands generated by the commercial area. Reflection on product demand showed us that there is great difficulty in measuring this process, considering the variability in the act of trading. Customers mostly not loyal to brand the item comprising the basket, his analysis this on top of the price of these items, because of this it is difficult to create a standard for production. For analysis of the processes was made a diagnosis of reality found, which served as a parameter for evaluating the activities and the creation of a questionnaire answered by those responsible for the areas involved. The analysis demonstrated by the graphs, it was proved the need to seek management models that may serve to support the management and its variety of demand for the product basket.
