|Abstract:||The research aimed to propose a model to guide the integration of best management practices for the Governance of Complex Projects. In this sense, the relationship between Governance of Complex Projects, Integration of Enterprise Reference and its integration with other Enterprises were investigated. In these processes, the current political, economic and social development of Brazil, favorable for investments in infrastructure and technology, the increasing complexity of Project Management, and practices for integrating multidisciplinary efforts involved in Complex Project Management were considered. From research methodologies and techniques merged, a selective and qualitative approach was used as a research strategy. Research results obtained were: a) a review of the practices used in the integration of the Development Submarine s Nuclear Propulsion Program, b) the presentation of the proposed theoretical model, whose applicability was tested satisfactorily in the PROSUB.|
