Análise das tendências da indústria da construção civil no estado do Rio de Janeiro: diretrizes para o departamento de engenharia civil da Universidade Federal Fluminense

Abstract

The construction industry is directly related to the sustainable development of the country, given its importance in the economic, social and environmental dimensions. This research has the objective to analyze overall trends Construction market from the perspective of experts and professors in the Department of Civil Engineering, Federal University Fluminense (UFF), developed based on literature review, desk research and interviews with questionnaires conducted with representatives of the parties indicated. We conclude that the sectors related to the Construction market are getting large volumes of investments for the coming years, and as a result, projects are being planned guided by environmental and social issues related to each type of project, but without resulting in damage economic. Finally, are guidelines for the drafting of teaching, research, extension, Department of Civil Engineering of the proposed UFF - Niterói, aligned to the prospects of the current market
