Abstract

This paper has the objective to study the motivation of the statutory public servants from a federal institute teaching to the training courses that the institution offers annually to them. This is a qualitative and quantitative research, a case study, based on theoretical analysis of the data from Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs, from Vroom´s expectations theory and from Barrett´s theory with the seven levels of awareness of employees.
