HUMOR E ENSINO: UM ESTUDO COSERIANO SOBRE VERISSIMO

Abstract

The thesis proposes to examine the discursive construction of Verissimo s comedies based on conceptions of Eugenio Coseriu. For this, is made the lifting of the studies on humor and the functions of laughter in society throughout history. Also rescued, although in general scope, humor records in Brazil since its colonization. It describes the author of corpus and lists up the pedagogical and academic reasons to justify the selection. Further, is studied the Coseriu s conceptions with closer relationship with the proposal: linguistics of speaking in its dimensions, concepts of gender and text, double pragmatic dimension, dual semiosis, the intentional suspension of judgment and the hypothesis to the humor in statements. From then to the analysis of the corpus in order to prove the hypothesis that the text of humor is built based on the overlap and intentional confusion of universes of discourse. Finally, we highlight potential contributions of Coseriu s theory and systematic work with texts of humor for teaching native language.
