Abstract

This thesis is devoted to understanding the extent of social participation in the implementation of the National Policy for Continuing Education in Health (PNEPS) from MS 1.996/2007 Ordinance establishing new institutional arrangements for social participation. The study's focus fell on the dynamic deployment and operation of Committees-Teaching Integration Services (CIES) in the state of Minas Gerais. To assist in the understanding of these processes in the period 2007-2012, there was a documentary survey with agencies and bodies responsible for PNEPS at the state, regional and municipal levels, and analyzed ordinances, resolutions, resolutions, plans, state and municipal health plans state of continuing health education, management reports, and minutes of meetings of CIES, the IWC meetings / Macro and Macro and the meetings of the State Board of Health In the document review, interviews were conducted with the subjects who participated and participate in dynamic construction of policy continuing health education at the state and regional levels.
