CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL E OS PAPÉIS DA GESTÃO DE PESSOAS: UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM ACADEMIAS DE GINÁSTICA
Abstract
This work has as objective, to investigate the dimensions profiles of the organizational culture and the roles performed by the people's management, in six academies of gymnastics of Rio de Janeiro city. The research also has the objective of analyzing the mutual relationships presented among organizational culture and the roles performed by the people's management, that are considered as dependent variables in the research. The research adopts the use of typologies for the study, using as referential theoretical base Dave Ulrich work and José Gonçalves das Neves s work, using two structured questionnaires and data statistical treatment. The work results showed that although the researched companies are of the same segment and possess structure functional fellow creatures; they present different profiles of organizational culture and different emphases in the roles performed by the people's management. The conclusions presented also tell that the culture and the roles performed by the people's management are influenced mutually, that is, the variation of one is explained by the other, in different ways.
