PROPOSTA DE GUIA DE SISTEMA DE GESTÃO INTEGRADA: O CASO DA INDÚSTRIA DE REFINO DE PETRÓLEO BRASILEIRA

Abstract

The objective of this study is to present a proposal of a guide for a integrated management system for Brazilian s petroleum refining industry taking as base in standards of quality management systems, environmental management systems, safety and occupational health management systems and social accountability. This guide was developed with base in the experience of author in the implemention of integrated management systems and bibliografic research of the main publications and the main normative requisites, national and international, about integrated management systems, quality management systems, environmental management systems, safety and occupational health management systems and social accountability applicable for Brazilian s petroleum refineries. The proposed guide aims subsidize the elaboration, implementation, revision or continuous improvement of the current normative and legal standards about quality management systems, environmental management systems, safety and occupational health management systems and social accountability for Brazilian s petroleum refining industry.
