ESTUDO DA PERCEPÇÃO DOS EFEITOS IMPACTANTES DO CREDENCIAMENTO DE LABORATÓRIOS DE ENSAIOS DO INMETRO SETOR DE CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL

Abstract

Testing laboratories accreditation by Coordenação Geral de Credenciamento CGCRE (General Coordination for Accreditation) of Instituto nacional de Metrologia, Normalização e Qualidade Industrial Inmetro (National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality) consider a positive rate between cost and benefit for accredited laboratories. This work identifies, between testing accredited construction labs and Cgcre/Inmetro, gaps on the perception of impacting effects from these accredited laboratories as well as on the perception of Cgcre/Inmetro inside context. This study helps on management decision in order to standardize impacting effects perceptions on intraorganizational context in addition to the answering of Cgcre/Inmetro external customers hopes
