Abstract: This work is about Business Management, Leadership and Change. Through a case study of a Six Sigma implementation in a company, is verified as it , its management and employees reacted to this process. The target of this study is to verify if the role model was in accordance with business literature about Six Sigma, and also to find what are the critical factors that will impact the implementation. Another objective is to understand how the different leveis of this organization see the whole process. Understanding how Leadership and Change Management are irnportant to achieve success is another key objective. Improvements are suggested in order to have a more efficient company.
