| Abstract: | O turismo social busca dar acesso a práticas de lazer para a população, sem finalidades lucrativas. Este estudo busca adequar uma metodologia clássica de gestão de projetos, PMI, para atender as especificidades presentes no turismo social. Objetiva-se otimizar os recursos deste campo do turismo para ampliar o acesso em território nacional e formatar um modo gerencial regular para todos os projetos da área. Para alcançar o objetivo e verificar as possíveis relações entre o turismo social e a metodologia PMI, foi elaborada uma proposta de adequação metodológica com base em pesquisas bibliográfica e documental. Para posterior apresentação do desenvolvido a um profissional das duas áreas de interesse deste estudo. A simplificação de uma abordagem ampla para uso exclusivo no turismo social se mostrou uma opção favorável para a atividade e desenvolvimento do turismo. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstractother: | The purpose of social tourism is to provide access to leisure activities for the population, without profit finalities. This study aims to adapt a classic project management methodology, PMI, to answer the specificities present in the social tourism. The objective is to optimize the resources of this field of tourism to expand access in the national territory and to shape a regular management mode for all projects in this area. In order to reach the objective and to verify the possible relations between the social tourism and the PMI methodology, was elaborated a methodological adequacy, based on bibliographical and documentary researches. For further presentation of the developed to a professional of the two areas of interest of this study. The simplification of a broad approach for exclusive use in social tourism has showed to be a favorable option for the activity and development of tourism. |
